The Last Dinner Party have officially unveiled long-awaited single 'Big Dog', a track that has already become a cult favourite through the band’s live performances long before receiving a studio release.

Co-produced by the group alongside Animesh Raval, the song pushes further into the darker corners of the band’s theatrical art-pop world. Tense, dramatic and uncompromising, 'Big Dog' channels a raw intensity reminiscent of PJ Harvey, pairing forceful instrumentation with the band’s signature flair for gothic storytelling.

Alongside the single, the band have also shared 'Come All You Beasts', a spoken-word companion piece regularly performed before the song live. Bassist Georgia Davies describes the piece as an extension of the themes explored on last year’s album 'From The Pyre', blending folklore and biblical imagery while challenging traditional narratives surrounding women and safety.

The release arrives during a busy touring period for the band, with major festival appearances lined up including Isle of Wight Festival, TRNSMT and Latitude Festival, alongside support dates with Wolf Alice and upcoming sold-out arena shows supporting Olivia Rodrigo in 2027.
