West End performer and classical crossover vocalist Shimi Goodman has returned with 'Adagio', his first new single since 2024. Released alongside a cinematic music video, the track marks the beginning of a new chapter for the London-based artist.
Produced by George Guerrette, orchestrated by Shay Alon, and featuring performances from members of the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, 'Adagio' blends sweeping orchestral arrangements with contemporary production to create a polished crossover sound. Mixed in Dolby Atmos by Grammy Award-winning engineer Justin Gray, the single showcases Goodman's powerful tenor while drawing on his extensive background in musical theatre.
Directed by Omri Dagan, the accompanying video highlights Goodman's theatrical performance, reinforcing the dramatic qualities that have defined his career on stage. Having appeared in productions including Chicago, Evita, Dirty Dancing and Bombay Dreams, the singer brings that same sense of storytelling to his latest release.
