What was the first band or artist you fell in love with?
Definitely has to be 50 cent, his energy and his demeanour is what made me love his music. He was a G on and off the stage.
Did you ever form a band when you were younger and if so, what did they sound like?
Never formed a band, but I’ve been making music since I came out of the womb.
What has been your primary inspiration in writing music?
To be honest, stressful situations. Whenever I’m stressed, upset, or emotional out of whack. Music helps me stay centred and balanced.
What is a song you wish you had written yourself?
Definitely Chicago Freestyle by Drake, or Ready or Not by the Fugees.
If there was any moment in your career you could relive, what would it be?
Nah not really to be honest, trying to live my best moments in the present moment.
Which artist would you most love to share a stage with?
Either Prince or MJ. The way they electrified the crowd was different, almost otherworldly.
And is there an artist you would love to collaborate with as well?
Kanye, Drake or Tems.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Hopefully a certified bonafide artist. Haha, I know some people are going to have to see it to believe it. Hopefully I can make them believers.
