What was the first band or artist you fell in love with?
Green Day was the first band I ever listened to on repeat. I remember going on road trips with my parents and we would have the same CDs playing, one of which was Green Day’s album 21st Century Breakdown.
Did you ever form a band when you were younger and if so, what did they sound like?
I actually never really made a proper band unfortunately. I did (and still do) jam with my family every so often!
What has been your primary inspiration in writing music?
It’s no surprise that it has to be heartbreak and love. I feel like it’s what is relevant for me right now, so that’s what I write about!
What is a song you wish you had written yourself?
‘Shape of You’ by Ed Sheeran would be great, only the most successful song on Spotify! Just imagine the royalty pay check!!!
If there was any moment in your career you could relive, what would it be?
Definitely the moment I released my first song to the world. I remember walking into school the next day and it felt pretty cool.
Which artist would you most love to share a stage with?
Definitely Mod Sun. Dude can sing that’s for sure.
And is there an artist you would love to collaborate with as well?
Mod Sun, again. If he is reading this: LET’S DO A TRACK!
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
Probably still writing songs about the same ex. But hopefully with a few more fans to hear them!
