LITIGES! returns with 'I wanna be a diamond', a deeply reflective indie-rock single that transforms self-doubt into quiet resilience. Beginning with delicate restraint before gradually expanding into an uplifting swell of guitars, live drums and atmospheric electronics, the track captures the moment when uncertainty gives way to self-acceptance.

Centred around the question of whether love should ever be earned through perfection, 'I wanna be a diamond' explores the pressure to constantly prove one’s worth. Throughout, the song embraces vulnerability, allowing its emotional weight to unfold through dynamic arrangements that balance melancholy with hope.

The single introduces the world of LITIGES!’ forthcoming debut EP, a collection shaped by personal upheaval, recovery and creative renewal. Recorded with live drummer Florian Gouello in Los Angeles and further developed alongside sound engineer aka Cloon, the project blends organic instrumentation with carefully layered electronic production, creating a sound that sits comfortably between introspective indie-rock and cinematic alternative music.

Following years of performing internationally under a previous project, the artist behind LITIGES! has channelled lived experience into a new musical identity that values empathy over certainty and dialogue over division. And 'I wanna be a diamond' offers a compelling introduction to that next chapter, delivering an emotionally resonant statement from an artist embracing imperfection as a source of strength rather than weakness.
