Alex Kilroy has unveiled 'Let The Good Times Roll', the newest single from his upcoming album 'Break My Chains', arriving May 15.
The track features a guest appearance from Vince Gill and highlights a more laid-back, conversational dynamic than some of Kilroy’s previous material. Built around clear instrumentation and steady pacing, the song focuses on atmosphere and connection rather than scale.
Born in Transylvania before eventually relocating to Nashville, Kilroy has steadily developed a sound rooted in blues-rock while incorporating broader influences from gospel, Americana and classic singer-songwriter traditions.
Producer Tres Sasser keeps the arrangement focused and uncluttered, allowing Kilroy’s expressive guitar playing and vocal performance to remain central without pushing the track into excess.
The single also continues introducing the emotional themes behind 'Break My Chains', including identity, change and processing personal experiences through music. Songs such as 'All That Matters' and 'My Heart Is Yours' hint at the wider emotional range explored across the album.
