Kildare-born artist Elle León Gallagher returns with her second album 'A Chara', out now via Catalan indie label El Jardí Amagat. Meaning “dear friend” in Irish, the album is a heartfelt meditation on connection, selfhood and the evolving nature of relationships.

Written and recorded with close collaborators across rehearsal rooms and home spaces, A Chara blends indie soul-rock and folk textures into a sound that’s both warm and quietly radical. On lead track 'Going Places!', Gallagher explores post-breakup reinvention with bittersweet wit: “the idealisation of self-care and the contradictions that come with finding your path.”

For fans of Angel Olsen, CMAT and Melody’s Echo Chamber, Gallagher’s music continues to resonate across the UK and Spain, where she’ll celebrate the album with a Barcelona launch show on November 29.
