Liverpool indie staples Circa Waves return with 'Old Balloons', a stirring reflection on life lived between tour buses and the people left behind. Pulled from the upcoming 'Death & Love Pt.2', out 24th October via Lower Third/[PIAS], the track captures the bittersweet sting of chasing big dreams far from home.

“It’s about being homesick on our first US tours,” frontman Kieran Shudall explains. “The hope of ‘making it in America’, but knowing if you do, you’ll be home even less.” That tension rings through the track’s nostalgic haze, carried by slacker guitar licks and Shudall’s unmistakable vocal ache.

Following January’s introspective 'Death & Love Pt.1', written in the wake of a life-altering heart surgery, this second half dives deeper into what it means to keep going: physically, emotionally, and artistically.
