Channelling the same warm and dynamic direction as Eels and Beck for their newest release, 'wheel' makes for a brilliantly fresh and enchanting listen. With its sweet and tender textures, soaring atmosphere, and mesmerising vocals layered throughout, these two are continuing their rise as one of the more enticing names doing the rounds right now.
While their initial offerings certainly cemented their direction so far, 'wheel' shows that they are getting better and more adventurous with every release right now. With such a bold and innovative approach to their sound, we are definitely keeping a firm eye on them for the months ahead as well.
