Welcome To Future has shared a new track that combines punk urgency with the scale of contemporary alternative rock.
Created as a response to what the 18-year-old musician sees as a shortage of raw guitar music among his generation, 'P!T' turns frustration into a direct appeal for community, individuality and political participation. Its production centres on heavy riffs, pounding percussion and a chorus designed for audience participation.
The Hamburg-based artist draws from acts including Green Day, Måneskin, Yungblud, Kraftklub and early Tokio Hotel while developing a modern style intended to reflect the pressures facing young listeners.
His forthcoming debut EP 'Grenzen' will continue that approach across songs examining social fragmentation, personal identity and environmental anxiety.
The project is being developed alongside producer Peter Hoffmann and supported by Brainstorm Music, an agency whose previous work includes campaigns involving Radiohead, Nirvana, Placebo and Tokio Hotel.
