Tom Ymani - 'Amorium'
Tom Ymani has shared a new two-song release centred on the emotional highs and lows of romantic attraction.
The Brussels artist describes 'Amorium' as an umbrella title connecting “I Want You Way” and “Encore Plus”, both of which explore the excitement of wanting to grow closer to someone alongside the possibility that those feelings will remain unanswered.
Musically, the project leans into colourful contemporary pop, balancing personal lyrics with upbeat production and a strong dancefloor influence.
Ymani’s approach has been largely self-taught. He began experimenting with home recording in 2019 and gradually developed his own method of writing vocal melodies and shaping arrangements.
The final recordings were completed through a combination of home sessions and professional studio work in Belgium, followed by additional vocal production, mixing and mastering from international collaborators.
