The New Citizen Kane - 'Intertwine'
The New Citizen Kane swaps scrolling for something altogether more physical on seductive new single ‘Intertwine’.
The track opens the next chapter of 'Psychedelika Pt.2', moving beyond the emotional awakening of 'FREE TO FEEL' and into 'DO YOU TRUST INSTINCT?', a collection centred around desire, curiosity and what happens when we stop analysing every impulse.
‘Intertwine’ captures that transition brilliantly. Sensual synths, electronic rhythms and psychedelic flourishes create a euphoric backdrop as digital language is playfully repurposed for human attraction. References to data, blocks, uploading and mainframes ultimately lead somewhere refreshingly analogue: two people putting their distractions aside and discovering whether they genuinely connect.
With 'DO YOU TRUST INSTINCT?' following on the 6th November, ‘Intertwine’ makes an irresistible opening statement for the Desire chapter; switch off the screen, stop overthinking and find out what happens when curiosity takes control.
