The Lunar Keys - '88 Train'

Writer: The Real DingThe Real Ding

After recently returning with their stunning comeback single 'Life Is A Dirty War' earlier this year, Guildford-based outfit The Lunar Keys are back on the grind once again with their vibrant new offering '88 Train'.

Capturing more of that broad and immersive alt-rock sound they have built for themselves since they first emerged, '88 Train' makes for a rousing return to form for the four-piece. With its bold and soaring aesthetic perfectly elevating some infectious vocals layered throughout, they are returning to the fold with a wonderfully anthemic effort here.

While they have certainly looked to make a solid mark on the scene thanks to their run of incredible releases in recent years, '88 Train' shows that they are still brimming with fresh and fascinating ideas to pursue. With such a progressive approach to their direction as well, we can't wait to hear what else they have in store for us in the months ahead too.
