Melbourne project Reetoxa is turning heads once again with the release of ‘War Killer’, a provocative and energetic new single that tackles themes of peace, division and political conflict through a distinctly punk-rock lens.

Led by former Royal Australian Navy sailor Jason Mckee, Reetoxa has built a reputation for unfiltered songwriting and fearless subject matter. And on ‘War Killer’, Mckee channels a personal experience that challenged his long-held perceptions, transforming it into a fast-paced anthem that asks listeners to look beyond political allegiances and focus on the value of unity.

Recorded at The Avenue Studio in Cheltenham alongside producer Simon Moro, the song showcases a heavier and more aggressive side of Mckee’s songwriting while maintaining the emotional honesty that runs throughout the wider project.

With discussions already underway regarding potential UK and European live dates later this year, Reetoxa continues to build momentum as one of Australia’s most uncompromising independent artists.
