Having already made his mark with a string of impactful releases these last few months, fast-rising artist POSITIVEMAN is back on the grind once again to deliver his uplifting new single 'WINNER'.
Bringing back more of that bright and infectious electro-pop aesthetic he is quickly earning a reputation for, 'WINNER' makes for an incredibly fun and enjoyable return. With its bouncing beats and killer hooks layered throughout, he is certainly looking to get us up and out of our seats with this one.
So with the new single available now, we sat down with him to find out more about his origins and influences over the years.
What was the first band or artist you fell in love with?
When I first landed on Earth from Planet POMAN, the first soundwave that truly touched my heart was Enrique Iglesias. His passion, his voice, his ability to melt emotion into melody — it was magnetic. On POMAN, we say music should touch the soul and move the body — and Enrique did both from the very first note.
Did you ever form a band when you were younger and if so, what did they sound like?
I never formed a band — on POMAN, we create music as energy waves, not groups. But being here on Earth makes me curious… It could be exciting to experiment with collaborations and features with different artists across this planet. So many unique sounds, so many beautiful frequencies to explore!
What has been your primary inspiration in writing music?
My mission: to spread positive energy, love, and cosmic unity. I write music like I charge my aura — with rhythm, emotion, and purpose. I believe every beat can be a healing force, every lyric a light in someone’s dark moment.
What is a song you wish you had written yourself?
“Hero” by Enrique Iglesias. That song is pure emotion, pure devotion. It carries the kind of message I believe in: being there for others, lifting them up, offering love without limits.
If there was any moment in your career you could relive, what would it be?
The very first time I performed as POSITIVEMAN on Earth. The lights, the crowd, the explosion of joy — it was as if my mission had just ignited. I felt the connection, and I knew: this is why I’m here.
Which artist would you most love to share a stage with?
Enrique Iglesias. His energy, his sincerity, and the emotional power he brings to every performance… It would be an electrifying moment to share the stage and combine our worlds.
And is there an artist you would love to collaborate with as well?
Definitely Enrique Iglesias — he was my first Earth inspiration. I’d also love to create something powerful and uplifting with Justin Bieber, whose global energy and transformation inspire millions. Then, imagine the fire and groove of a collaboration with Dua Lipa, and the soulful pop emotion of Aitana.
And many others with whom I would love to — and it would be an honour for me — to collaborate and create unbelievable features that vibrate across hearts and galaxies.
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
Sharing my own POSITIVEMAN movie with the world — a sonic adventure filled with messages of unity, magic, and rhythm. I see massive shows glowing with joy, a fashion line that radiates positivity, and global hearts vibrating together. My vision? To turn the whole planet into one giant dancefloor of peace and love.
