Crosby Cash - 'West Palm Beach'

Huntsville singer-songwriter Crosby Cash steps into a world of orchestral grandeur and old-school glamour with ‘West Palm Beach’, an ambitious new single inspired by her time living amongst the extraordinary affluence of Palm Beach, Florida.

The track transforms her memories of walking around Palm Beach Island into a wonderfully cinematic piece of pop. But instead of simply writing about the location, she set out to capture its atmosphere of elegant homes, sophisticated residents and the almost unreal sense of luxury surrounding them.

Working alongside producer Justin Miller at Huntsville's Five Points Recording, she built the instrumentation around her voice, with Miller performing the majority of the instrumental parts and bringing his background in orchestral composition into the arrangement.

Entirely independent, ‘West Palm Beach’ makes for a striking statement of intent from an emerging artist determined to revive the scale and sophistication of cinematic pop. Luxurious, dramatic and unapologetically grand, Crosby Cash has created a song that feels truly ready for the big screen.
