After the release of her Mercury Prize-winning 2021 debut LP 'Collapsed In Sunbeams', Arlo Parks has now announced her plans for her new studio album 'My Soft Machine', which is set to be released on the 26th May via Transgressive Records.
The new full-length is being previewed by the new lead single 'Weightless', which comes accompanied by a stunning new video, directed by Marc Oller.
Speaking about the new offering, she said, “Weightless surrounds the painful experience of caring deeply about someone who only gives you tiny breadcrumbs of affection. It’s about suddenly realising that a person has dulled your edges and embarking on the slow journey back to being a brighter version of yourself.”
