Experimental psych-pop pioneers Animal Collective return with a shimmering new single 'Love On the Big Screen'. Accompanied by a glitchy, dreamlike visualiser from longtime collaborator Danny Perez, the track finds the band weaving technicolor textures into a woozy, emotive meditation on mediated love and perception.

Produced by Avey Tare alongside Adam McDaniel, who also engineered and mixed the track at Drop of Sun Studios in Asheville, NC, 'Love On the Big Screen' continues Animal Collective’s signature blend of off-kilter rhythms, layered vocals, and analogue-warped warmth. The single was mastered by Dave Cooley.

Fans can look forward to more: a limited-edition 7-inch featuring the new B-side 'Buddies On the Blackboard' arrives on the 1st August, offering another slice of the band’s ever-evolving sonic universe.
